Frailty360 Modules

Frailty360 is an innovative frailty training programme that uses a unique set of resources and an immersive approach to education to deliver key learning objectives in frailty and integrated person-centred care.

The resources have been developed and tested with participants from a wide range of organisations.  This includes NHS providers and commissioners, local authorities, adult social care providers, Fire & Rescue services, Housing Associations, voluntary, third sector, and private providers of services accessed by older people living with frailty.

In addition to the individual modules available for download, you can also access a range of bundles to suit most organisations needs.
